At first, I was disappointed by the service. We needed to fill out a rental application and have been very stressed. We found this website which seemed to be a dream come true. After having filled out all of the painstaking details, found that we had to pay to be able to fill out a document online. This was very frustrating. Well I paid for the year then could not access a file I did the same day. Then I sent my accountant a file via attachment since he says "not technical" & could not open it in pdfiller file, so I sent as attachment so he could complete but he could not so he wrote it in now I have to complete it & paying him the same.

The service is great and has come in handy in ways I had not expected. However, you lose 2 stars for my initial experience of first being asked to to pay, by a pop-up, to see a form that was submitted and then after paying being told by another pop-up that I need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. The first pop-up should have presented the correct plan. Felt a little like a bait and switch. But I gave you back one star due to the fact that support was able to fix the problem, quickly.

Used it for a few days. great features though was not the right product for me at this stage.ran into a payment issue, the customer service is extremely good and fixed the issue within 15 mins..awestruck!

Are you one that needs to easily sign documents and return by email? this is the software to use

I really liked how the software navigates you through the document so quickly so you don't forget to fill in any information, and it tells you if the recipient receives it.
It's supposed to have just about any document you would need or want but I couldn't find any of the ones I needed. It was frustrating trying to look for a document and not be able to figure out where the list was.

Excellent tool. It's very feature rich and can be a bit confusing when trying to do some basic tasks. Once you explore a bit, it accomplishes what is required.

I sent a question in via their form, and honestly expected a "word search" systemic response. Not only did I get a issue-specific response, the corrective actions were clear and documented with screen shots, making it easy for me to correct my mistake and move forward.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use you can upload and send document for signatures.
It easy to edit and add information or make changes to any pdf documents.
What do you dislike?
No complaints very good software if any problems the PdfFiller team will send an email to fix it.

I was looking for a PDF fillable DS11 Form for passport renewal and found this product. It did everything I needed and more. I wish this had been around before I retired. Takes handwriting errors out of the game when submitting government forms.
