Might be signing up again because of the combine pdf feature you offer. Adobe couldn’t even combine my pdfs for whatever reason. I would need a slightly cheaper subscription then you offer.

In the Accounts Payable register, select the specific bill or bill payment check. Select the QuickBooks Edit menu then Void/Delete Bill/Bill Pmt-Check. Select Record then Yes to save the changes.
From the left menu, select Expenses, and select the appropriate bill from the Expense Transactions list. In the Accounts Payable register in the Chart of Accounts, locate and select the bill. Select the bill from within a report.
Go to Pay bills online. Select the bill(s) you want to remove. Select Batch actions. Select Delete to confirm.
Click Expense in the left hand menu. Click the Filter button located on the left hand side. Select Bill and click Apply. Scroll to the Bill you wish to delete and click on it to open it up. Click More located in the footer and select Delete. Click Yes.
Go to your Bank Feeds page. Put a check mark on the transaction. Go to the Action column. Choose Select Bills to Mark as Paid. Enter the appropriate information. Select Add to QuickBooks.
Voiding changes the amount of the transaction to zero but keeps a record of the transaction in QuickBooks. Deleting removes the transaction entirely in QuickBooks. It also causes the bill(s) paid to return to an unpaid status.
Go to Pay bills online. Select the bill(s) you want to remove. Select Batch actions. Select Delete to confirm.
When you delete, you permanently erase a transaction and its trace from your books.
Voiding an invoice will keep the invoice number and list it in reports but changes the amounts to zero. Hence, if you want to stop a particular payment from being realized by QuickBooks, select void. For removing the receipt from QuickBooks, select delete.
Void Transactions Click "Lists" in the main menu bar and then select "Chart of Accounts." Click to open the account with the transactions you want to void. Select the transaction. Click "Edit" in the main menu and then click "Void."
