What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Best customer service and software! It's the easiest program for faxing from your computer, converting docs, signing forms, making forms editable. I love it. Above all, they have the best customer service I have ever received. Especially for a product that speaks well for itself. Anna, with tech support, was quick, efficient, kind, very knowledgeable and addressed my issue right away. It has been a long time since I can say that. Not listening to me and my problem has been my experience lately with other tech support from other companies. They want to give cookie cutter responses that don't address anything I was asking. What do you like best? With a lower monthly fee, I can log in and have the capability to use the editing tools to update and sign my files with ease What do you dislike? I do wish that notification would go out to my email if or when the website is updating the platform What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With any update that has adjusted the layout, I have been able to get ahold of customer service for clarification. Although the 24hrs wait for a response is frustrating

Use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + A to highlight all the text in the Word document. Right-click anywhere on the highlighted text. Select Font. In the Effects section, click the box next to Hidden to remove the check mark. Click OK.
First of all, click File tab. Then click Options to open Word Options dialog box. Next click Display. Scroll down to Always show these formatting marks on the screen section, check Hidden text box. Finally, click OK to save the setting.
If you wish to hide text, select the text you wish to hide. ... Select Home, then expand the Font section. Check the Hidden box to show hidden text, or uncheck it to hide text. Select OK, and you're done!

Select the Preview button to view the hidden text. Select the Show Preview button at the bottom of the dialogue box. Select Show Hidden Text from the preview of the document. You can scroll through the pages of your PDF using the double arrow buttons on the gray Acrobat navigation bar.
