PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice. Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office. Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

Save As. Use the shortcut F12 to display the Save As dialog box in Excel. Press CTRL + s to save an existing workbook.
Launch the save file window. With your Excel file open, click File from the menu in the top left-hand corner of Excel. Then click Save As. If you're using a Windows computer, you can also launch the Save File window by pressing the "Control" key and then the S key on your keyboard.
Select Save As to open the Save As window. In Excel 2019, select Save a Copy. Choose the location where you want to save the file. Enter a name for the file.
On the File menu, click Save as, or press + Shift + S. If you want to save the file in a folder other than the current folder, navigate to that folder. In the Save As box, enter a different file name.
If you are saving it in the older Excel 97-2003 format, then it is possible that the losses you are seeing are due to the formatting not being supported in the older format. This is particularly true with colors and conditional formatting. The other possible cause is that the workbook file is corrupted in some manner.
