As you are aware that it's not secure to send confidential messages that include passwords, log in details, account information etc. via Email, I'm or Facebook. So send confidential information securely via email or any so-called social networks. Sending confidential messages in an unencrypted form is no way secure.
How do I send a confidential document via email?
On your computer, go to Gmail.
Click Compose.
In the bottom right of the window, click Turn on confidential mode. Tip: If you've already turned on confidential mode for an email, go to the bottom of the email, then click Edit.
Set an expiration date and passcode.
Click Save.
How can I share documents online?
In OneDrive, select the document you want to share.
Click Sharing.
In to Send a link window, type the email address of the person you want to share the document with, type a personal message, and choose sharing options.
