How do I send my transcripts to CCA?
To have your civilian college credit reviewed for application to your CCA degree program, request your school send an official transcript to Community College of the Air Force (CCA). E-transcripts should be emailed to: ccaf.etranscript@us.af.mil.
How do I get my transcript from CCA?
Under “Self Service”, select “CCA Student Services”.
Proceed to CCA Online Student Services and select “Order a Transcript” from the Transcripts dropdown.
How do I view my CCA transcript?
Access the Air Force Virtual Education Center through the Air Force Portal.
Under the Self Service section select CCA View Progress Report.
In the Student Tools banner select “View My Unofficial Transcript” **Must be accessed from military network to view.
How long does it take for CCA to send transcripts?
All orders placed through the CCA system are mailed through the United States Postal Service. Please allow 10-14 business days from when we receive your request for the transcript to be delivered. If you need your transcript faster, please use Option 1 and select the FedEx option.
How do I find my CCA credits?
Under Self Service (right side of the screen) Select *CCA Student Services. 5. Under Transcripts View my unofficial Transcripts. The better way to view this page is under “Enrollments” click on the title of you degree.

The Community College of the Air Force (CCA) is a federal program offered by the United States Air Force which grants two-year Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degrees in association with Air University. ... Does a CCA degree transfer?
While it is an accredited associates degree, it generally does not transfer completely when you attend another school. There are plenty of exceptions, of course. It also depends on what your CCA is in, and what the bachelors program you are applying to is.
How long does it take to get a CCA degree?
Your military experience provides you with the foundation to earn your CCA (Community College of the Air Force) degree. All Butler degree programs consist of a minimum of 62 semester hours with requirements typically as follows: Technical education — 24 hrs. Leadership, management and military studies — 6 hrs.
Does CCA have GPA?
CCA does not report a GPA. Although a university may consider your GPA as they review your application for admission, the GPA average of record will probably start all over when you start taking classes at *that* university.
