I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. It popped up along with a State of FL form that I needed to complete. I'm annoyed that they didn't tell me right from the start that you could only use it with a paid prescription.

What do you like best?
The dashboard is well laid out and intuitive. It is easy to figure out the functions of buttons without referring to FAQ.
What do you dislike?
There is a little bit of a disconnect when saving your file, it's not always easy to figure where it is being saved.

Start out with the trial. I think you will be impressed enough to purchase.

For us it has eliminated the need to download, then print a document, fill out the blank fields, then scan it and email it to the requestor.

Program is very intuitive and easy to use. I spend less than 10 mins to recreate a document for Customers and it makes a world of difference.

I edit our invoices & receipts. I'm able to provide progress invoices that our system doesn't do. This helps our Customers tremendously to understand paperwork.

Cancelling a subscription can be an intimidating and anxiety creating experience. NOT WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! Today I logged in to my account. ***** linked in as my Chat contact and in less then 1 minute the subscription was taken care of for me!!!! I have had to fight too many providers about cancelling subscriptions so THIS WAS REFRESHING!!! Such a contrast and it makes me want to stay connected with them if I ever need their services again.Don't hesitate to access their services and products.

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.
