The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

Great way to electronically complete forms!
I hate printing and re-uploading forms. This is a great way to eliminate that. Also good for converting static files to dynamic documents!
It can be finicky and annoying to use if the computer doesn't have the right software.

Used to fill out tax and health forms.
Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily
I like that I can email documents or email them from the application
I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily
I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new.

Best customer service ever
Best customer service ever! I accidentally signed for a year and it cost me an amount of money I can't afford (it doesn't seem much, but when your local currency is way behind USD, it greatly hurts your wallet). After reaching Rachel on pdfFiller's customer service team, they not only refunded me but also waived a month of free access. I couldn't be happier of using it! definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.
