I was able to type in all my information & save the forms. I did find entering the data to be cumbersome as I had to move the data to the correct spot on the form.

The product is excellent, but very expensive for an occasional user. I paid a lot of money just to download two documents. Surely it would not be difficult to categorise number of forms required, and a calculated price accordingly? I will probably not require another form for 12 months or more. Unfortunately, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I have extremely low expectations for customer service but I was surprised about how fast and helpful pdf filler was. My issue was resolved within minutes!

This statement is still true (I am still using the trial version, so I haven't had enough time using it yet).
I am also new to my position; therefore, it will take time, before I know of the various ways that I could utilize this software.
My new employer is still using typewriters for several forms, which made me research fillable forms online.

What do you like best?
It is very user friendly. It has a lot of features that I constantly use. I have expanded from a one user account to a multi user account becasue the product is so good.
What do you dislike?
Nothing really. I am able to youtube anything that I don't understand and typically get it.

Get it while you can as it will be a major help to automating your systems.
