I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I love it! my only gripe is not being able to send emails with pdf's as normal attachments. I have to send a lot of PDF's to insurance companies and they complain that their systems cannot open the PDF's as sent from pdffiller so I have to take the time to download them from pdffiller, upload them to my CRM, and then attach them in emails. It would be great to be able to save that time. But other than that I am very impressed with the service.

Cons:
-Layout is not intuitive and hard to learn, even for the computer literate
-Limits merging to 5 PDFs
-Limits on file size (you can't work on large PDFs)
-Other minor inconveniences that slow workflow
I chose PDFfiller for my small company because for the same price as one user for Adobe's similar product, I can have 5 users for PDFfiller. It definitely has some limiting factors and can be frustrating but it's the best you can get for the price. Definitely worth the time to take the free trial and see how you like it.

Good product for the money
this product is well priced which is great for a startup business. The accessibility of acord forms is a big plus. I do wish it had a few more features that would make it even better - like the ability to attach an email without having to save in pdf and upload - and having a task option for future projects would be so great.
Ability to create and save documents required by insurance industry is a plus. I like being able to access the program from anywhere and being able to upload documents for client files.
Does not have ability to do sub folders and wish there were a section for each client for notes for tracking of conversations. Also wish there were a calendar where you could add tasks with reminders.

I moved across the country since I had my brochure designed and printed. Meanwhile Covid-19 restrictions gave me the extra push to go 100% virtual with my business. Thus the online marketing material had to be accurate and up to-date. [pdfFiller made it easy for me to easy to update/edit my existing marketing materials.

I signed up originally to utilise this service. Whilst I did not wish to continue with the service (just wouldnt need it again) I did struggle to cancel the service. I sent an email outlining my issue and got the quickest response back and my account fixed and funds returned. Great service if you do require all the time. Easy to use. Highly recommend.

Resco Mobile CRM Woodford customizations (a.k.a. mobile projects) are stored as Note attachments to resco_mobileproject's records on Dynamics CRM server (more on this here). Therefore, be careful when doing a bulk delete of your Notes!
