There are some things that could be more user-friendly or convenient but overall it is very effective and useful as a tool for creating and modifying documents. The "preview document" is never accurate, and the ink looks faded after it is scanned in as a template.

PDFfiller has is a great application for my personal and business life Used to fill out tax and health forms. Used it fill forms related to my real estate business as the forms are repetitive and can be revised easily I like that I can email documents or email them from the application I like that I can store all of my documents in one place and retrieve them easily I like that I can redo forms that need to be submitted annually without having to refill out the entire document. I just update what is new. I can't think of any downside to the product

Convenient, Affordable, Online PDF Editing & Mgmt Tool I use PDFfiller on a regular basis. The enhanced security options, including the ability to email a PDF to someone and that automatically includes a 'security code' for retrieval of the document gives me a sense of security since the actual document is not attached to the email, which could be intercepted if someone hacked into your mail server. I also use the merging tools, allowing me to combine multiple PDF's into one file, move pages, etc. It helps me to better organize my PDF libraries. Considering the other options of using a very high-priced service/product (Acrobat), PDFfiller is, in my opinion, a much better tool. I've been using 'PDFfiller', for the last 2 years. The editing tools available are great, including filling out forms, editing text, adding comments and signatures, makes it a very convenient to import and work with documents on-the-go. The ability to import/export to/from cloud-based sources as well as drag & drop. Import options makes things much easier in-terns of document management Honestly, there haven't been any tasks that I typically need to with PDF editing, etc. that PDFfiller already provide.

definitely easy to use. however some date fields do not have the "calendar" option, so you are forced to manually enter the date. That could be made easier.

Click on the Gear icon. Choose Account and Settings. In the Payments section, click on Learn more. Complete the company information. You'll then be routed to this QuickBooks Payments page. From there, click on Add QuickBooks Payment.
From the QuickBooks Home page or the Customers menu, select Receive Payment. In the Received From drop-down, select the customer's name. Enter the Amount received. Make sure the date is correct, then choose the Payment method. Select the invoice or invoices you'd like to pay.
Click on Quick create > Select Invoice. Pick an already added customer or add a new one. Now enter the whole invoice with the product or services and the price that you are selling. Make sure that the Online Payment option is On then click Save and Send. Select payment methods. Click Send and Close to email your invoice.
From Edit, select Preferences. Select Payments and Company Preferences. In the ONLINE PAYMENTS section, select how you want your customers to pay you online. Then select OK. Select Apply to existing customers.
To link a deposit to an invoice, log in to your Quickbooks account and find the deposit by accessing Accounting > Chart of Accounts. From here, select the bank account in which you deposited the customer's payment, followed by clicking View Register or Account History. Next, find the deposit and click Edit.
Select the customer from the Received From column. Select Accounts Receivable from the Account column. Click Save and close. Click the plus (+) icon. Select Receive Payment. Select the customer. Place a check next to the invoice and deposit. Click Save and close.
Log into the QuickBooks file you want to connect your payments account to. Select Settings, then Account and Settings. Select Payment. Select Connect. ... The next page will show any QuickBooks Payments accounts that have the same login as the user who is currently logged in.
Open up the estimate or sales order and click on create invoice. All the items, or selected items will copy into the invoice. Apply the deposit to the invoice. Click on Apply Credits. ... The invoice will now show the total amount invoiced and the deposit applied in the payments field.
