How to set an approver on ?
Complete the following in the Select Approvers dialog box: Add Approvers: Enter the name of any Salesforce user from your organization. (Optional) + Add Another Approver: Select this button to add more approvers. (Optional) Set Approval Order: Select the Next button.
How do I assign a different signer in ?
How do I assign to someone else? Open the envelope, then in the top right select Other Actions, then Assign to Someone Else. Enter the new signer's email address, name, and a reason for changing the signing responsibility. When you're finished, select ASSIGN TO SOMEONE ELSE.
What is the role of the reviewer in ?
The assigned Reviewer, such as users from the Purchasing, IT, or Finance departments, reviews metadata elements in the contract abstract and adds, updates, or removes extractions as needed. This review ensures the accuracy and completeness of the contract abstract.
How do I assign a reviewer in ?
Select ACTIONS > Assign to. The Assign to dialog opens to search for assignees. Enter a keyword in the Type to filter users field, or use the scroll bar to locate assignees, and then select the button next to the assignee. Select ASSIGN.
How do I add contracts on ?
Select Contracts from the global header at the top. The Contracts view displays. The table displays all contracts in the Insight repository. Select UPLOAD to import contract documents into Insight.
How do I add someone as a reviewer in ?
After selecting the desired contract(s), expand the ACTIONS drop-down menu and select Assign to. The Assign to option expands – prompting you to search for the user(s) to which contracts are being assigned.
