Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. The service itself is great and I would recommend it to any business that needs to edit and sign documents online .

i app works well once you find the form you need. I'm having a problem creating new forms or updating existing ones with new information while saving the old ones.

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! She was incredible she should be given a raise, a brand new house, a new puppy, and definitely a homemade cake. you should use her to train for your customer service experience there’s not very many people that are helpful as she has been and actually help the problem without getting an attitude and saying it’s your fault.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Because of distance learning, I am sending assignments to my GED students, and then send back the answers for them to self-grade. This allows me to fill in the assignment and send it back effortlessly!
