It is a challenge to adapt to different methods in so many computer programs factoring in hardware and software and my limited patience. Appreciate the abilty to pull in my own form and add to it. I would like an option to duplicate my current sheet, making my document 2+ pages like the import (or add a document) button and without loosing my comments.

I used this service once and had to…
I used this service once and had to sign up for a subscription. I didn't need it more than once, but I signed up anyway. I decided to cancel the subscription before the free trial was up, but I didn't complete the process so my account was charged. I contacted the email address included in my Paypal receipt and the team was very responsive and they took care of the issue immediately. I think they should make it easier/more clear on how to cancel, or not require a subscription, however, it was useful and the customer service was efficient.

I only just started using it, so only 4 stars, but I don't see any issues other than the lack of fonts in the signature section. Seems to be a solid app.

I happened upon your company. I filled out a form for Transfer on Death for Minnesota. I paid but then had trouble getting back in. Turned out file was corrupted. Got great help and got it to work.

if the connection of the internet service provider is weak the form you type is loading until the connection comeback and repeat again in where you are last typing.
