I worked fine for my needs of filling in a PDF file and saving it with data. I would like to see the ability to CREATE a fillable PDF file that I could distribute to others to fill out, save, and return to me.

It's not as easy to follow as you think it is. For example, Save As is a command that most of us think as a file name, not application such as PDF or Docx. I now have to go back and find the document, add the signature and then, change the name of the file, somehow from the template to a specific client's file.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

Very impressed with th level and quality of handling my request for refund as I only had to use the service one time, but let the "Free Trial" time frame lapse. It is a great help in editing documents, specially when there are corrections needed to be made. Files that cannot be converted to a Word or Excel file is easily edited here.
