I did not like the way my card was charged the $120 initial annual fee. I only wanted to pay by month. That was misleading and I did not appreciate it. If your going to offer the monthly plan, offer it, make the wording more clear. don't try and trick people into the yearly plan and make them go through customer service to get the refund. The reason I give four stars is because (1) the customer service rep was so helpful in getting me my refund back and (2) you have an awesome product. It is really working well for me.

What do you like best?
I am never going to read instructions so it was great how this software is intuitive and you can begin work right away. The customer service is absolutely the best I have ever encountered. Super supportive, super polite and super efficient. Would I recommend it, duh.......1000%!!!

The formatting on this website isn’t good. The page doesn’t load properly, which doesn’t allow you to find the options to cancel your subscription before charging you. Luckily, in the support chat, Thomas was very helpful and understanding.

I had an issue with accessing a form…
I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the support team and received their response very swiftly. The instructions received via email were very clear and easy to follow. I was able to fix the issue within a very short time. I'm really impressed by the efficiency and quality of customer support.

While Pdr Filer is a great tool
While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How do I fill out a customs' declaration?
Name and complete address of sender. Complete address and name of receiver. Item description (if there are several products in the same package, note them all separately) Quantity of items. Value of each item.
What is a customs declaration statement?
A Declaration Statement is required for all outgoing international shipments. It is a legal certification you provide to Customs affirming that the information on your international forms, regarding your shipment, is true and accurate.
Do I have to fill out a customs declaration form?
CBP Traveler Entry Forms. Whether you are a visitor to the United States or a U.S. citizen arriving in the United States, you must complete one or more entry forms. You must complete the CBP Declaration Form 6059B. If you have questions about your form, please don't hesitate to ask a CBP officer for help.
Can I fill out a customs form at the post office?
You can go online to find and fill out your customs form, or you can fill one out at your local post office. If you're using postage stamps, you will need to fill out the customs form at the office and not online. Just keep in mind that the USPS uses several customs forms, depending on which service you use.

Is it illegal to lie on a customs form?
Yes. It's almost always a crime to lie to government officials, including customs officers. Those forms are usually signed under oath, rendering lying on them the crime of perjury, too.
Where do you put a customs declaration form?
Attach a customs form to your package. PS Form 2976-A (long form) must be inserted into the Customs Declaration Envelope (Form 2976-E), which then must be attached to the package on the address side.
