Love the service and how it integrates with Zapier - it has saved me tons of time in manual repetition for filling out intake, invoicing and legal documents and I love the send to sign feature. Would like a little more functionality in the app, like having the ability to sign docs directly instead of using mobile browser, but overall it functions beautifully. I have several forms that need to be filled out and faxed back to companies. I love that I can fill them out online and fax the PDF back, rather than fill in and fax by hand.

Easy to use.
It's good that we have this product cause we can just sign PDF's without printing.
Sometimes it's hard to place the 'typing icon' in the right place for filling in information or data.

PDFfiller was easy to use.
PDFfiller allowed me to edit and submit my application easily without much effort.
PDFfiller allowed me to move the curser to start typing over the form questions. While this was not a hindrance it did take time to get the curser back to where it needed to be to complete the application. This small flaw was not enough to prevent me from using the application.

It's highly effective when you're looking for an application to modify and do all the edits you need to a pdf file yet for more inclusive processes and tasks I think other counterparts can be more suitable

Well as helpful and efficient as it is but It lacks many options of Adobe Acrobat like converting files to PDF (powerpoint or excel) not just from.

EXCELLENT Customer Service
I requested a refund on my annual subscription after it had been taken out of my account. I explained that I don't use the software, and did not need to have my subscription renewed. The person who helped me was very kind, and responded promptly. I had a full refund within 48 hours! EXCELLENT customer service!

How do I automatically add bookmarks to a PDF?
In Word: click File, Save As, then Browse to select a folder to save to. On the Save As dialog, in the File name area, enter the file name. Click the Save as type drop-down and select PDF (*. Pdf). Click Options Check Create bookmarks using: and select Headings. Click OK. Click Save.
How do I change the bookmark level in a PDF?
Select “Plug-Ins > Bookmarks > Modify Bookmarks > Find And Edit Bookmark Properties” to open the “Find And Edit Bookmark Properties” dialog. Select “All Bookmarks” in the “Bookmark subset” option menu. Set desired level in the “Bookmark level” option menu.
