I was desperately trying to edit a pdf copy of the P&S and we could not convert it to a Word document. Finding your website where I could make edits to the form, made my life a whole lot easier. However, I work for a law firm and we normally do not have to do these types of documents. So I am afraid I will have to cancel once the document is finalized. I don't need legal documents very often & purchased to help a friend get through a difficult time. much better than hand writing all of the documents out. makes it look professional and I will probably use in the future as well, if needed.

initially the software did not allow me to transform document to pdf. contact customer support and eventually the software work as instructed. last the pdf filler content page will not allow the user to rotate the document to the correct form. the document had to be rescan to the proper orientation prior to changing out the format.

I really like working with the filler although there could be better control in the editing. I believe it could be more intuitive as to the fields which are potentially fillable and place the cursor within those lines automatically. It is fussy to try to line it all up.

I had a little bit of trouble using…
I had a little bit of trouble using this app but I didn't put much time into trying to learn. I think it would be worthwhile for anyone who works with documents to learn how to use this app but I just don't have the time and only needed one document. When it came time to cancel, they were gracious enough to make it easy by clicking on cancel instead of having to call or write and jump through hoops. Thank you pdfFiller for letting me try your app.
