Needed some Quick 1099's - PDF Filler Came to the Rescue
Good product for what it is designed for.
Downloaded this in a pinch when I need to get a vendor a 1099 last minute. Couldn't find anything that would allow me to do this on the IRS website and PDF Filler allowed to complete one in a matter of minutes. Definite a lifesaver and helped me save a relationship with a vendor.
Automatic renewal snuck up on me. I didn't mind paying for it the first year, but this year I didn't need it.

I have trouble using the pdffiller on my laptop, I can not upload b/c the screen is not wide enough to get to the click button. I can on my desktop when I go into the office. Sometimes the app does not give me the ability to save or download - I have to play with it back in forth before it will save as a fillable file. But my biggest issue is using my laptop when I work remotely and I have to use it. Thanks for inquiry and the survey to give me the opportunity to voice a concern.

Only issue is pricing
Only issue is pricing. This is for my job, but they can't pay for it because we are a non-profit agency, I pay for it myself because it helps me to complete my job more efficiently

Help With Fillable Fields in Newly Created Documents
Our ministry account created a new questionnaire form for our beloveds, but I needed help in knowing how to use the fillable fields to make it ready to publish and use in the ministry. Kara and some others were so great in helping me learn to do that. They were so patient and courteous! It was a pleasure to work with them as I am not computer savvy! It's a bit soon to rate pdfFiller, because I've only had a little bit of time to get familiar with it, and I've never had experience with anything else that has allowed me to edit a pdf file as this s/w has enabled me to.

I like it very much, I think it has great fearures...
I like it very much, I think it has great fearures and it has helped me a lot... so much that I was ready to become a paid user. However, 2 of the last documents I uploaded to the system were cut-off and seriously changed (different format, things missing, etc) the uploaded document did not show as an identical version of the original document and that made me change my mind. I use it for contracts and they need to be exactly as the original document. These are legally binding documents, so because of that, I decided not to continue the service after the free trial ends.

Easy to execute the changes needed…
Easy to execute the changes needed without much instruction. Saving in the pdf filler on One Drive was slow (undoubtedly Microsoft's problem).
