Had some trouble with billing and the customer service was right on it and took care of the problem. Software is good and being able to access various pre-made docs is very nice.

Using iPhone to complete apps and send out for signature.. Had some glitches.. Wasn't able to select or choose (full access or sign only option for recipients. The screen shut down too quickly each time and 'disappeared before I could actually select.

Online use without having to download anything onto your computer. If you are a blogger you have too much on your desktop already!
Easy to use. No need to have other software to fill-in your PDFs (contracts, flyers, etc.). This can be used online on any computer. You can even have docs e-signed. There's also a free trial.
I do not have anything bad to say about it. It was easy to use. I will continue to use and refer people to it.

This is the best site for PDF conversion
This is the best site that I have ever come across in terms of PDF converters and I highly recommend it. I was able to work on my piece for days with no fear of losing it, something which happens with some converters making you begin it afresh. I recommend this site for anyone with a large document to work on.

Excellent, excellent customer service! I contacted the company because I was charged a subscription fee which I wasn't aware that I had not yet cancelled. The customer service representative called Anna, I believe, immediately informed me that the subscription would be cancelled and an email to that effect was sent to me. I was also informed that my money would be refunded shortly....and indeed, it was returned to my card in 48 hours. Although, I don't have need for their services at this time, I would definitely use them at a later date, should the need arise.

How do you manage change requirements?
Customer input happens throughout the development process. Product backlog sets development priorities. Daily meetings promote communications. Task boards make developer tasks and details visible. User stories and sprints orchestrate change.

Identify stakeholders. Gather/elicit requirements. Analyze requirements. Specify/document requirements. Baseline requirement groups (verify, validate, and prioritize requirements- i.e.: agree and sign-off on requirements) Communicate requirements. Monitor/track requirements.

There is normally no formal process for handling change requests in Scrum because changes are expected and encouraged as the project is in progress. A change would normally be handled like any other feature request. It would be added into the Product Backlog and prioritized with other features and capabilities.
