I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.

Our forms are more professional looking and neater, if this was not easy to use it wouldn't be worth the time but almost any fillable form is either tied to this program or easy to download and complete.
I just tripped across this site last year and needed a vehicle to download lots of forms that needed filling
and I like the professional look over filling with ink. This product works great for all that. Easy to load doc's and use and save.
Struggle to get lettering the right size sometimes.

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't…
I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great service and they got my refund and account canceled quickly. Thank you to Alice from support

I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. Can you alter a lease?
Changing either a lease agreement or rental agreement can pose certain challenges. Landlords cannot change a lease during the term of that lease without the tenant's consent, but they can legally change a rental agreement on relatively short notice.
How do you modify a lease?
To edit a lease: From the lease summary page, click Edit unit. In the edit panel, you can choose to edit the lease type and change lease dates. If you change the lease end date, you can also select the option to prorate last month's rent. When you're done making changes, click Save.
Can you modify a leased car?
If you own a vehicle, you can customize it to your heart's desire. The same is not true with a leased car. You'll have to pay at the end of the lease for any changes the dealer has to make to return the vehicle to its original configuration.

The lease cannot be altered except through another written agreement signed by both parties unless the original lease specifically gives a party the power to change something on their own. For instance, the lease may allow the landlord to change the rules on having animals at any time.
