So far so good! Can't figure out a way to fill in dates properly though without dragging text in - or change the check box from cross to tick. Overall though saving a lot of time!

PDF Filler is one of the most used applications in my toolkit. I am a business owner and I am almost every day finding myself using PDF Filler. I would definitely be interested in learning more ways I can use it!!!

What do you like best?
I can sign paperwork, make changes and do it all without a printer wherever I am in the world.
What do you dislike?
There are some some glitches with the program.. for example to save a document you first have to make a duplicate of it. Also, I thought there was a way to re-number pages but that feature seems to be gone?

Its a great program overall and affordable. I would definitely recommend it.

I love being able to make changes to offer sign backs without a printer. Even if I'm in my office I still use it to keep the document clean and easy to read.

Took a bit to find the "how to use Zapier" tricks (Zapier had a link), and to learn how to use Fillable Fields properly. However, once over that hump, this service is fantastic. My workflows will be faster and cleaner from this point forward!!!

This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

It's great
It's great. Not as good as adobe in the areas of text replacement or image addition. It is also not as sophisticated for selection mechanisms. If you need to fill in documents or create PDFs this is a solid application that can do the stuff that you will need quickly and cheaply.

What triggers a reassessment?
Completion of new construction or a change in ownership (CIO) triggers a reassessment to a new Base Year Value equal to the current fair market value, meaning higher property taxes.
What triggers a Prop 13 reassessment?
Under Proposition 13, that assessed value is determined when the property is sold or transferred, and is not changed until the property changes ownership. Creating, transferring, or terminating a joint tenancy is generally considered a change in ownership, triggering reassessment.
