PDF filler- Great for client invoices and forms
Great time and paper saver. Allows me to send forms write through email and receive them back.
An easy to use option for clients to enable transfer of information without needing to print and scan documents.
Not everyone is familiar with it.
Sometimes it is difficult to select the text box to edit. Some people can't do the signiture option.

What does permit Finale mean?
Permit Finale: The work associated with the issued permit and all the required inspections were completed. Permit Revoked: An LABS manager has officially revoked the issued permit. The issued permit is no longer active. Permit Withdrawn: For some reason, the issued permit was withdrawn by the applicant.
What does a closed permit mean?
When an owner obtains a permit to perform work on their property, the permit issued for that work is “open.” Typically, the work is completed, an inspection is performed by the local building department, and the permit is then “closed” by the local government.
Can you close with an open permit?
Q. Who is responsible to close an open permit? Open permits can be grounds for the title company to balk or the lender to renege on financing. Uncovering open permits and closing them typically falls on the shoulders of the SELLER but may not be written in a standard contract.
Do Title companies check for permits?
The title company should check all that and advise you of any open permits, building violations, animal violations before you close.
