Great software, the only challenge I had was the sign in process. I have had a few accounts as I had challenges signing in and ended up making additional accounts. This could be user error but I am sure others have had this issue also.

Can you retake your permit picture?
With renewal by mail, you can go as long as a dozen years without having a new driver's license picture. You can still get a new one, the DMV says. Just call for an appointment, shell out $12, and have your picture retaken for a new driver's license. (It will be labeled duplicate.)
Can you change your DMV picture?
To change it, just go to any DMV location or AAA branch (if you are a member) and request an update to your license. The fee for an update to a driver's license or state identification card is $6.50.
What happens if you hate your driver's license picture?
If you are unhappy with your driver's license photo, you can go to the DMV and apply for a duplicate license. They will take a new photo, and provide you with a temporary license, said Rodney Yo, owner of a California DMV-licensed online traffic school.
Do you take a new picture for real ID?
The reason you have to go in person is that they need to take your fingerprint, take a picture, and see your documentation, i.e. Social Security card, birth certificate or passport, proof of California residence etc. Yes, you may need to take the vision test.

How do I get a new picture on my California driver's license?
Currently, to get a new picture on your license, you must request a duplicate ID from the DMV and pay the associated fee, $9 or $32. People 62 or older pay no fee.
