FPDF FILLER EXCELLENT TOOL. IT WOULD BE NICE IF WE COULD ADD A PAGE TO AN EXISTING DOCUMENT SO THAT IT ALSO BECOMES PART OF THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT. IF THE THERE ARE FOR EXAMPLE 10 PAGES UPLOADED AND I WANT TO INSERT A PAGE IN FRONT OR IN BACK OF SAY PAGE 7 THEN I COULD MAKE IT A COMPETE DOCUMENT WITH THE PROPER INSERT. OR IF I COULD DELETE A PAGE FROM THE 10 PAGES AND INSERT A NEW PAGE IN THE PROPER INSERTION POINT.

PDFfiller Fills Needs My overall experience has been positive and if the cons are minimal. It's easy to use and allows me to make necessary additions or changes to documents with a minimum of fuss. Sometimes getting the font to match is a little challenging, but it's easier than trying to "fix," documents with white out and hand print information.

This review is based on experience with the program itself I loved it. It was simple to use and I loved that I could save my documents and go back in and edit them again whenever I wanted. The only thing I didn't really like was the price. I opted to go with the monthly subscription because I knew I didn't need the program for a long period of time. I have used other programs on a monthly service before and have paid cheaper. However, still loved the overall use of the program, and I was able to cancel my subscription without an issue as well.

Top quality all round Only used the free trial for a specific task needed at the time and pdfFiller offered everything I asked for, unlike other services I tried. Very straightforward and accessible. Fast forward a month and I’ve forgot to unsubscribe. I see an email saying $180 dollars has been paid out. Of course, it was agreed upon, the yearly subscription follows the free trial. But I didn’t want the subscription, I hadn’t used it since the first day. And to be clear it was not for a lack of quality but rather a lack of necessity. But all I had to do was email the support team and even on a Sunday their responses were immediate, clear and thoughtful. I explained the situation, they saw my predicament and even though I was at fault, they did not hesitate to cancel my subscription and repay me in full. The money was back in my account just hours later. Superbly run business!!

Check Stamp Certificate Authenticity. Stamp Certificate will be issued once the payment for Stamp Duty is successful. To check the authenticity of a Stamp Certificate, log in to the e-Stamping Portal.
How to calculate Buyer's Stamp Duty. For example, if the purchase price of a property is $600,000, the BSD payable will be: (1% x $180,000) + (2% x $180,000) + (3% x (600,000 180,000 180,000)) = $12,600. You will arrive at the same result.
Stamp Duty Calculator — Your Results. Stamp Duty is paid at different rates, depending on the purchase price. For example, someone subject to Stamp Duty buying a property for £245,000 would pay no tax on the value of the property up to £125,000 and 2% tax on the property value between £125,001 and £245,000.
You pay 5% on the value of the property between £250,001 and £500,000, which is £12,500. So in total this means you'll pay £15,000 (£0 + £2,500 + £12,500). (1) Rate applies to that portion of the purchase price. (2) Properties up to £40,000 are exempt from stamp duty.
Here's an example for a property worth £300,000: You'll pay 0% on the first £145,000 = £0. Then 2% on the next £105,000 = £2,100. Finally, 5% on the last £50,000 = £2,500.

Chancellor Sajid David has said he has no plans to make house sellers rather than buyers pay stamp duty tax. Stamp duty — a purchase tax paid in England and Northern Ireland on properties worth more than £125,000 — was abolished in 2017 for first-time buyers spending up to £300,000 on a house.
Stamp Duty Land Tax (most people just call it 'stamp duty') is calculated in 'bands', which means you pay different rates on different 'portions' of the £450,000 property price. Here's an example for a property worth £600,000: You'll pay 0% on the first £125,000 = £0. Then 2% on the next £125,000 = £2,500.
