I like it but felt that my "free trial" was a bit of a scam. I spent hours on a document, learning your program but was unable to print it. I don't like being "forced" into purchasing a product.

I have used PDFfiller to fill out PDF forms which wow dave required my either purchasing a piece of software or otherwise some other form of complex document manipulation - PDFfiller has made PDF document handling a breeze for me.

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Scary since I am using lots of numbers for an IRS form and I've forgotten which email I've used and what my password is and I have to redo this form. I need training.

What do you like best?
The customer service was the best I have experienced . Very fast solutions to my questions and overall very nice system support along with billing support
What do you dislike?
The most amount of pages you used to be able to merge was five but they have since changed this so I have no dislikes with the product
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used it to fill out contracts and pay applications along with notarized documents with my commercial construction company

Ralph - My favorite support friend
I requested a refund for a yearly subscription that I did not remember signing up for. I reached out once before and did not receive a response. I reached out again today (2020-10-24) and Ralph responded right away. He was extremely helpful and nice and solved my problem right away. I am extremely satisfied with my experience and I will definitely keep PDF Filler in mind if I or my friends need a safe place to store or edit documents. Thank you for your great support and for hiring a great employee like Ralph! He is amazing and I truly appreciate him.

I didn't know a service like this existed but it is so convenient and safe or what is happening with the COVID-19 pandemic. I was able to mail very important documents without leaving my home.
