What do you like best?
I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

However, through my own mistake in not cancelling due to e-mail mix up, I was enrolled in the full year subscription. I explained the situation to support and have been given a full refund. PDF Filler is a great website for me to… PDF Filler is a great website for me to use. It's simple and convenient since I don't need to fill everything by hand. The only issues I have are filling in the date because I'm required to manually select the day, month, and year. Another issue is the website automatically switching to the next page which is annoying because I want to check all the fill ins are correct. Lastly, the layout of the website is rather confusing because I had to spent a couple of minutes figuring out how to import documents and other stuff. That's why PDF Filler gets a 4 star rating because of these mild inconvenience.
