Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

I like everything I have tried with the exception of the fact that I cannot download a fillable form to my desktop. I wanted to make a form that I could pull up quickly on my computer when I have a new patient intake. It only allows a link and too many steps to make this a good alternative to the paper and pen format I am currently using.

It worked very well to get the 1099's printed for our wards. I am testing it with other things. Anxious to learn how to edit forms I had created when I had access to Adobe photo shop.

Time saving converter. Has made the job ahead a lot easier. Cost will probably stop me from going much beyond the trial as I have not been finding a need on a frequent basis. I will tell others about it's benefits.

Very Helpful Product
This product has been very helpful when a document only comes in PDF Form and I need to fill it out on my computer.
The layout is a bit confusing and the website is not easy to use. Sometimes the text of documents gets squished together.

Can you add notes to iPhone photos?
Shot Memo, an iPhone app, allows you to take a photo and add notes to that photo, complete with date, time, and location. After downloading and installing the app, you can jump right into taking a photo. ... After taking the photo, you are then prompted to enter a note. Tap on Done when you are finished.
How do you add pictures to notes?
To insert an image into a note, hold down where you want the image to be to bring up the select/insert menu with the Add Photo option, where you can then choose a picture from your Camera Roll. It may not be the prettiest thing in the world, but it does work as a useful companion for your written notes.
