Not much to dislike but if anything, the step of sending the finished document to the printer could be simplified.

We are able to scan certain forms used for billing on various projects and simply change the numbers monthly and quickly print out the new monthly invoices.

This is my first time using it
This is my first time using it, and I am LOVING it. I like that you can save/print/email, etc. So many options. I will be using it again.

My experience with PDFfiller has been nothing but win after win! At first i was worried i wasn't going to be able to sign without the help of a third party app, but, wouldn't you know? You guys have the option, and many other feats that helped me in the elaboration of mah necessary edit. Many thanks!

I just started using it today
I just started using it today. So far, I am very happy with it. I was able to use the draw feature to sign where I needed to, how I wanted to without using the "sign" feature.

It works well, although at times its clunky, but I believe that is due to my pc being too weak to run it smoothly. I would recommend.

Can you still pay rent after a 3-day notice?
Once a written notice for a 3-day notice to pay rent or quit is served, the three-day time clock starts to countdown. However, the landlord must accept a payment if it is the entire amount in default. After the three days has expired, a landlord is not obligated to accept any monies, and can choose to evict the tenant.
