needed to print out applications, employment verifications and a background questionaiire that required it be typed, printed out and sent via US mail. Most online PDF's will not supply editing capabilities. Thanks PDFillier!

It's great! Only problem I had was trying to erase a hi-lited area I accidentally added. The software wanted me to pay for an upgrade for the eraser which I think is ridiculous guys. Other than that, awesome.

What do you like best? Being able to create templates of commonly used forms for client completion. Also being able to access legal forms (IRS, etc.) to complete through the system for commonly used forms for our Small Business Solutions. The notifications via email and the ability to save the completed forms to Google Drive for easy access. Being about to have a link to send to clients for specific forms based on their needs is extremely helpful. Being able to take the links and post on our website for easy accessibility for our clients. I love that we can embed the links throughout all of our communications for ease of use for client interaction. What do you dislike? Not being able to locate the signed documents in a central location, but rather having to access from the notifications for each document. The navigation of the system is systems challenging to locate documents that had been completed through Link to Fill process. I also do not like that we cannot edit information on the PDF, unless this is a service we are currently not utilizing with our subscription. I have to go into another program, such as Word or another PDF Editor software to make updates an then reupload the form to PDF Filler. The ability to make corrections within the PDF once uploaded would save me time and increase efficiency. The transition of the link from the published link to fill page and when posting in our practice management system requires an extra step to post into a web browser to get the full URL that works for clients to copy and paste. Recommendations to others considering the product: Consider how much time you spend creating forms, money you spend on postage, and storage for paper filing. If you're looking for ways to improve your workflow related to form completion for client interaction, you have to give PDF Filler a try. You will not be disappointed and will free up time to interact with more clients. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The need to create customized forms for each client. Saves time during client communication to easily share a link via email, client portal or text message. What do you like best? pdfFiller gives me the tools to customize forms specific to our office and our industry. I also love the ability to create templates for new documents that I design in-house. This cuts down on costs because these templates do not have to outsourced. It is all right there at my finger tips. One additional bonus specifically for me: everyone in our office knows my handwriting is difficult to translate. PDF filler gives me a fast and efficient tool to complete documents and forms in a timely manner. What do you dislike? What's there to dislike? It's all good. Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try for a trial use. I assure that you will not be disappointed with pdfFiller. This product will make your job much easier. What do you like best? Easily convert PDFs to word and rotate pages withing an improperly scanned PDF What do you dislike? The text writing font options are few and when the writing box dissapears the text changes size and font that what it was displayed. Recommendations to others considering the product: More font options and ability to match font of the original document. When editing in a document your software changes the size and font of the edited text. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Filling out forms and signing documents.

You can move fields in the query grid to rearrange them. This feature works the same in all modern versions of Microsoft Access: 2010, 2013, and 2016. Hover your mouse over the field you want to move until the cursor changes to a down arrow. Click and drag the field to its new location.
Move your mouse pointer over the horizontal line under the column label. Your mouse pointer turns into a four sided arrow. Press your left mouse button. Click and drag the field to the new location. A dark line appears at the new location. Release you left mouse button. Access moves the column.
Edit your app. Open the component pane in the top-left corner, then select the required form. Its Design page will appear. Hover the mouse on the form's preview, then click Open Form Builder. Rearrange fields in the required order: Drag the fields or sections vertically, and drop them in the required position.
