The software in simple & I love it: however the video for how to: tells you what the form is used for; not how your software works. (I think that people already know what the 1099 int is used for)

I like the send to sign feature but customers have had difficulty printing copies. Asking for a review so often delays the processing I need to do on business.

So far, it is excellent for moderately tweaking content. It would be nice if I could select images and move them like Adobe but this is so rarely needed....

Works great. Simple to add, sign and save documents
PDFfiller makes it easy to sign and save documents. Options to change sizes of texts and saves documents right online at PDFfiller site in case it get's deleted from desktop.

I really like it. I find the tool great. I just wish I could drag and drop pictures from my desktop directly to the pdf without the uploading process.

How do I make a beneficiary deed?

How do I add a beneficiary to my house deed?
Adding a Beneficiary Once you obtain a transfer-on-death deed, complete the form to name a beneficiary. The transfer deed will ask you to name the person(s) you wish to inherit your property. You can name multiple people as the beneficiary, as well as an organization.
Can I put my children's names on my house deeds?
Adding a child's name to a deed gives him or her an ownership interest in your home. As a result, you cannot sell the home or refinance your mortgage without your child's permission. Technically speaking, your child could even sell his or her share of the property without your consent.
Can you have a beneficiary on a house?

Does a transfer on death deed supersede a will?
The deed works like a beneficiary designation on a retirement plan or an insurance policy. It allows you to name a primary and contingent beneficiary who will inherit your real property after you die. The statute specifically states that a Will may not revoke or supersede a transfer on death deed.
