I use a Chromebook. I joined a Chromebook forum And PDFfiller came highly recommended when I needed to send a fax, fast. I was very impressed with the ease of transferring a PDF file and faxing it with a few very easy steps. I've since needed it again and to happy that I had it. I am in a struggle with the Home Office. I have to fill out multiple forms repeatedly. I bought Adobe but it did not work. This software is very straightforward and I am sharing the document with my Barrister, which saves me money, time and avoids confusion

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

It was really easy to modify the text but it didn't allow for modifying the form itself. When I ran out of blocks (Employee Review Form), I couldn't add any lines to the bottom or even take away some of the "Reviewer comments" to give me space to add more lines for categories.

What do you like best?
The best features are (1) the ability to easily import and that it converts with accuracy and (2) the ability to manipulate doc - more specifically merge, edit, copy, etc.
What do you dislike?
The only feature that does not seem intuitive at times is the folder structure and how the files are organized. When editing a doc it will always move a doc to the top because it is the most recently viewed or edited doc - but this sometimes makes it confusing. Similar to Outlook, it would be nice to have easier drag and drop feature for organizing the docs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a quick out of the box product, overall very intuitive and easy to use.

This software has solved many problems for a few clients, well done.
Being able to host the forms online for anyone to fill out, which is something that I couldn't find with any other software.
No way to remove the flow of fields, you are just able to move the order around, which is very annoying as well.
