The product works
I was able to fill forms and use powerful tools. They are not Adobe though and they charge nearly as much.
The web sight interface was easy to use.
They charge WANton much especially if you want the option to use it for only a short period of time.

So far so good
So far so good, I would have given it a 5, if downloading my edited documents weren't hidden behind a paywall, but hey, I get it, it is in our nature to capitalize on things where it is impossible to find a solution, few have the solution, so why give it away for free? But yeah, good software none the less.

Can a deed be executed electronically? Yes! The Law Society's practice note on the execution of a document using an electronic signature, which was published on 21 July 2016 and which represents the Law Society's view of good practice in this area, has clarified that a deed can be executed electronically.
What does it mean to sign as a deed?
A deed is a written document which is executed with the necessary formality (that is, more than a simple signature), and by which an interest, right or property passes or is confirmed, or an obligation binding on some person is created or confirmed. Deeds are generally enforceable despite any lack of consideration.
Do both parties need to sign a deed?
A contract is made binding on the date that both parties intend that it is to come into effect, which is typically evidenced by both parties signing the agreement. There is no requirement for the signature to be witnessed.
