I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. There has been recent amendment in the Rule 46 of the CAST Rules, 2017 which deals with the issuance of Invoice for the outward supplies. As per the Rule 46 (q), signature or digital signature of the supplier or his authorized representative was must on the invoice.
