Excellent programme
Excellent programme, does exactly what you need it to. I'm very satisfied with it.The only reason I didn't rank it 5 stars, was because it is slightly slow to use, in that there are a lot of buttons and windows.It could be made to be more intuitive, and more straightforward.But nevertheless, it does do what I need! So no complaints.

What do you write when you notarize a document?
Do you solemnly swear or affirm that you personally know this person as (name of person whose signature is to be notarized), and that he/she is the person named in the document to be notarized (so help you God)? What is notary wording?
Notary verbiage is a fancy way of saying Notary wording. Oaths and Affirmations might not contain any written proof of the transaction other than in the Notary journal. The Notary form where the Notary wording is documented or written is called a Notary Certificate.
How do you notarize a statement?
You must sign the document in the presence of the notary. The notary would attach a notarial certificate to the document to show that the statement was made under oath or affirmation. The notary signs and stamps the document with a notary seal. The notary makes a record of the transaction in the notary journal.
How do I prepare a notary document?
Know what type of notarization you need. Make sure the document is complete. Bring acceptable identification. Ensure the name on your ID matches the name on your document. Have all signers present for the notarization. Be aware and willing to sign.
Can you notarize a document without notarial wording?
You may notarize a document that does not have preprinted notarial wording as long as the signer tells you what type of notarization is needed. As nonattorneys, Notaries cannot decide the type of notarization to perform on a document because the choice can have important legal ramifications.

Can you notarize a document without a stamp?
All 50 states require public notaries to place their respective stamp on documents as a means to finalize and authenticate the service. Without this stamp, the document is not legally notarized. Placing the notary stamp over the signature may void the document, negating the notary's work.
