I wanted to be able to duplicate a filled form and make a couple of changes. Then save with a new name. I did download and rename before I did this. glad I did. PdfFiller overwrote the file. All is well since I downloaded the original.

So far so good. Was very helpful in completing government report on non-fillable .pdf document. That was the original purchase purpose. Now trying out modification / repair of existing fillable forms.

Easy to Use
Easy to Use, Excellent Editing Techniques. Loved the opportunity to email, fax and input notes. Especially loved the notification to be sent to me when my email is accessed by the recipients. What an awesome product. We use accord forms so often in this office that it is nice to have help!
We like that most accord forms we use are already available from the site, but more so than that, the fact that we can upload our own documents as well. When you have to generate 150 certificates for one client, all different, this program makes that process seamless. The site runs very well, have not had to deal with freezing issues or losing extensive work because it didn't save, the site always saves my work for me. We just couldn't be more happy with the service.
There is not a lot that we do not like about the program, but one thing sticks out for sure. If one of my agents is logged on to the site and another agent logs in, the first agent will usually be kicked off. This was not really even an issue since the system always saved the agents work, and all of my agents will announce now that they are logging in.

Cool az, easy to nagigate, edit and save to your device. For the price, way better than Adobe who try to make you pay pay pay, have outrageously pricey monthly payments n bla bla bla. This is way more affordable

" creating a legal document ". (Which, at first can sound super intimidating ".) become. Easy to use, Step by step explanation's & examples. I love the FREE 3o day upgrade trial. I've tried to think, of anything I would do differently... & I honestly can't come up with a thing!, NICE WORK!!

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Amazing customer service, very fast response time
I was on trial with pdfFiller and it was really amazing. The best PDF filling software I've ever found. I even used the trial, forgot when it ended and then got charged. BUT I managed to get a refund after explaining my situation. These people are awesome. I definitely will be back when I have enough money.
