When I played around with the trial, I liked how you had many options and the program layout was nice. Love the ease of use when trying to alter a pdf.
I wish I had a longer trial period and sometimes I could not save a file causing me to save over the original file.

PDFFiller has one of the best PDF Libraries I have ever come across. every possible template you can think of, you can find. This site deserves every star in this rating. It can be a little confusing and I thought my docs from previous years were saved so they would populate but they didn't but I like the ease of submitting the forms to the IRS.

How do I black out text in a PDF?
Open the PDF that contains the text you want to black out. Go to the Tools menu and select the Redact tool to open the Secondary Tool Bar immediately above the PDF. It includes the Redaction Tools. Choose Mark for Redaction and select OK when prompted by the pop-up window.
How do I redact in PDF?
Open your PDF document. Switch to Edit Mode. Drag cursor over the text you want to redact to select it. Right-click over selected text and choose Edit and then Redact from the right-click menu.

Use the paper document method to redact a scanned file. Print out the paper document. Cut out the text that needs to be redacted. Use opaque tape or paper to cover the redacted sections. Scan the document and save it as a PDF.
How do you redact a document?
To redact a line or item in the document, double-click on a word or image. Press CTRL as you drag to select a line, a block of text, an image, or an area of the document. Click OK to remove the selected items. Keep in mind the items are not permanently removed from the document until you save the document.
