It was wonderful to use so I didn't have to go to town to fill out the particular paperwork i needed to turn in. The only negative was I thought I was in a 30-day free trial period, and I was charged two separate charges, though they were very small, but yet I was charged.

Is my zip code eligible for informed delivery?
Informed Delivery is now available to eligible residential consumers in the majority of ZIP Code locations across the country. Visit informed delivery.USPS.com to sign up and check if your address is eligible for the feature.
How do I know what mail is coming?
Just click the Settings link on the dashboard to access email notification options. You can sign up for Informed Delivery online. The USPS will mail you a confirmation code in a letter to the address you provide, verifying that you are who you say you are before allowing you access to this information.
How can I see what mail is coming?
Go to informed delivery.usps.com. Select Sign Up For Free. Enter your address to determine if it is eligible for Informed Delivery. If your address is not eligible, you may still create an account, so you may use USPS Click-N-Ship® or Postal Store by following the prompts.
Can regular mail be tracked?
There is no such thing as regular mail. If you mean a first class letter, then it cannot be tracked. If you want the ability to track a letter, you have five choices: Send it Registered Mail.
How does USPS informed delivery work?
USPS Informed Delivery provides consumers with notifications about postal deliveries to their home. The images are usually posted early on the delivery date. Informed Delivery is offered to Residential addresses only for letter size mail in selected ZIP codes, and coverage is expanding rapidly.
Can you have more than one address on informed delivery?
Can I get Informed Delivery® notifications sent to more than one of my email addresses? No. The feature only allows for one email address per user.
