While I have no complaints about the basic product, I was bothered by design feature that seemed to insist that I enroll in a more expensive tier of service without giving me the chance to opt out or cancel. Any popup page that requires a user to select - and pay for! - a more expensive service level should always include "close" and "cancel" options. What do you like best?

What do you dislike?
I do not dislike anything. If I had to pick my least favorite thing, I’d say that sharing documents via is not as straight forward from the website. I usually save a local copy and email from that to avoid confusion.

The name truly fits This program is very easy to use and gives the user lots of tools. I had to make a few changes to a large and older PDF and I was able to make those changes. Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

You can create a request from the following detail screens in the SAP Maintenance Assistant application: Main Map detail screen. Equipment detail screen. Functional location detail screen. You can select an equipment or functional location from the main Map and add a request to that equipment or functional location.
