This is awesome! I am happy to have purchased a full year subscription. The site was a little bit slow
The site was a little bit slow, but it had tons of useful features, and I found the user interface much more intuitive than Adobe reader. I'd recommend it to anyone.

It has been pretty intuitive. Had some issues with a long 70+ page doc at about page 50 it was going blank. Help chat sorted me out telling me how to delete cache which sorted this.

Can you be on two leases at once?
In general it is not illegal to lease multiple apartments in your name. Just because it is legal, the landlord is not compelled to lease to you if it feels that you would be a financial risk for holding multiple leases.
Can you sign a lease if you already have another apartment?
Co-signing for an apartment lease does not affect your ability to get other credit or your own apartment rental lease -- unless the co-signed lease is in a negative status.
Can you sign a new lease while on another lease?
The co-signer offers a safeguard to the landlord as a source of income he can collect from should the primary borrower default. Co-signing for an apartment lease does not affect your ability to get other credit or your own apartment rental lease -- unless the co-signed lease is in a negative status.
Can you cosign for an apartment if you already have an apartment?
If a potential renter has low income, zero rental history, or bad credit, the landlord might require for them to have a co-signer on the apartment lease. As a co-signer, you don't have to live in the apartment, but your name will be on the lease.
Can you have multiple co-signers for an apartment?
Unfortunately, not every landlord will be interested in accepting multiple cosigners, especially if they insist on screening the cosigner (which a careful landlord will do, to make sure that the person has good credit and enough disposable income to cover unpaid rent and damage at your apartment).
Do both husband and wife have to sign a lease?
There is no law that says you and your spouse must sign a lease when you rent a home together. The law does, however, give your landlord some rights too -- and the landlord is within his rights to insist you both sign.
Can you apply for two apartments at the same time?
Also, you probably won't apply to just one apartment. More likely, you will apply for several apartments, hoping one comes through. Be aware that each time you apply for an apartment you will have to pay a fee to cover the cost of running a credit check, which is about $75.
