Then When I forgot to canceled my subscription because I am to small of a company to use them all the time they were so helpful and easy to work with. They gave me a full refund. There customer service is great and it is an such an easy platform to get things done with.

Even Adobe editor couldn't help
I needed to change one document and even adobe software couldn't help. The only possible way was to sign up for a free trial. I forgot to end the trial and when I was charged, I contacted the support centre and they return me my money straight away. Very happy with the product and their support service. Would be happy for an option to pay for a single-use, as I'm editing pdf files only a few times per year.

When can I take a 10-minute break?
The 10-minute rest break must be provided to employees who work over three and a half hours. Employers must authorize and permit employees to take 10-minute rest breaks for every four hours worked, or major fraction thereof. A major fraction of four hours is anytime more than two hours.
Do I have to clock out for a 15-minute break?
No you do not clock out for your 15-minute breaks. Your breaks are time the company legally has to pay you for based on state and federal law. There is no Federal law regarding paid/unpaid breaks or meal periods.
Do you have to clock out for a 15-minute break in California?
Federal law says that breaks of 20 minutes or less must be paid. Under California law, which is more generous to employees than federal law, non-exempt workers are entitled to 10-minute paid rest breaks for every four hours worked, and a 30-minute unpaid meal break if you work more than five hours in a single workday.
Do you have to clock out for break?
Breaks of more than 20 minutes are not required to be compensated under federal law. Often, that means employers can lawfully require employees to clock out for meal breaks of 21 minutes or longer.
Are federal employees entitled to 15-minute breaks?
Generally speaking, the Dept. of Labor allows 5- 20-min breaks when working an 8 hr day. If an employee works 8½ hour days, 30 min is normally considered Unpaid, and there is the 30-min unpaid lunch. Since then, two 15-min breaks ARE allowed.
Can I waive my 10-minute break in California?
California Meal Break Law Requirements BUT, you can agree with your boss to waive this meal period provided you do not work more than 6 hours in the workday. If you work over 10 hours in a day, you are entitled to a second meal break of at least 30 minutes that must start before the end of the tenth hour of your shift.
Are 10-minute breaks mandatory in California?
10-Minute Rest Breaks in California. California's employment law requires employers to give non-exempt employees (which means hourly employees) one 10-minute rest break for every four hours of work. This break is paid and must be uninterrupted meaning the boss can't ask the employee to do any work during the break.
Can I waive my 10-minute break?
The employer must provide a second break no later than the end of the tenth work hour. An employee working six hours or less in one shift may waive their right to a meal break. Waivers for meal breaks do not need to be in writing, but both parties must consent to the waiver.
