Great for easy form creation for end users I love that you can make not only nice, user-friendly forms, but they become user-intuitive with this product. This takes the process ahead of just creating a Microsoft Office form, but allows you to create sophisticated forms that can be filled and even electronically delivered. Often the layout gives me trouble or won't let me create form boxes in the appropriate area because it keeps snapping them to the grid, which might not automatically line up to my form fields as well.

I apparently came to your website… I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. While Pdr Filer is a great tool While Pdr Filer is a great tool. Customers should be given some type of training before they use the program. There are many features that are not being utilized because I don't how to they work or that they exist.
