I needed to create new documents when…
I needed to create new documents when my original templates had disappeared because I moved and my email locked me out. PDF Filler came to the rescue and made it possible for me to create all new documents and templates and I was back in business.

Tons of functionality for a great price. Excellent customer response time.
Feedback: when using the "home"/"end" keyboard buttons, it immediately takes you to the top/bottom of the form instead of beginning/end of the text box you are editing. Just an unintuitive and weird feature.
Also, it would be great if there was a way to save LinkToFill settings so that they can be applied across other documents.
Overall really happy with this product!

I am absolutely amazed at the customer service I received today. I accidentally purchased the wrong plan and had messaged these guys to advise and ask if they could put me on the plan I wanted and asked if I could get a refund for the difference that I paid. They done all of this within a matter of hours no questions asked they simply helped me with my request straight away. This kinda service was A++++ I would recommend them also the PDF filler is so easy to use and navigate I will be using this quite often.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

I signed up for a trial and forgot that the annual subscription kicked in a month later. Subsequently, I realised that I have no use for the service/product. PDFfiller was kind and understanding. They responded almost immediately and refunded me without hesitation.

PDF Filler was easy to learn and use, I was able to get the signatures I needed, very satisfied. The only thing I was unaware of (could have been in the small print) was the trial obligation before being able to download my signed document. Overall Great experience.

How much settling is normal in a new house?
It's all normal. I mean, typically through the Alberta New Home Warranty, warranty programs, 16th of an inch is pretty acceptable measurement. Then usually, especially with drywall cracks, anything that's more than about 12 inches long, typically, is what they consider out of normal.

Actually, houses do settle. When they begin a downward plunge, joints and floorboards can creak, which accounts for the mysterious sounds in settling homes. And given a long enough time line, all houses eventually will settle.
When should a house stop settling?
Typically, a new house settles during its first three years of existence. House settling shouldn't cause major issues just cosmetic ones, such as a thin crack where the wall meets the ceiling, which can be patched up with a bit of Spackle.
How much foundation movement is acceptable?
Given the existing published standards, and the ability of most individuals to feel a deflection or slope in a foundation, it is our opinion that, in general, the most appropriate standard for maximum acceptable deflections is 1/360.
When should I be concerned about settlement cracks?
Fluctuating humidity levels, soil movement and shallow foundations are typically responsible for settling, which may result in cracks in the ceiling or walls. Although generally a cracked wall is nothing to worry about, certain cracks indicate serious structural damage.
How long do new houses settle?
Your house is three years old. All structures will settle when completed. Buildings generally bed down following construction and this can continue for up to 10 years after completion. In tandem with typical settlement, buildings are subject to thermal movement.
Why is my house settling so much?
By far, the most common reason for a house settling is improperly backfilled soil. If it's not compacted enough again, then the house built on top of the soil will settle. Even if the soil is well-compacted, other construction conditions can cause house settling.
