Over two days I talked to several agents. Kara was able, with great patience and time commitment, to solve my problem. I would've liked a place to find all the PDFfiller features. It was really difficult to make it until I found the think where it places textboxes for me. Overall good experience especially for something I didn't have to pay for!!

I reviewed this software for my company…
I reviewed this software for my company (we historically use another product) for function and usability. It is significantly more user friendly than the others that do similar functions. What makes this a good decision is the cost and the support. It costs a third of the software we currently use and when I experienced a problem (on the weekend) I had (professional and personal) support online in less than a minute. Very satisfied.

Not your fault
Not your fault, but I need my "original signature" on the form for the form to be accepted. I was sooo excited that, during this whole COVID-19 isolation I could get this document notarized here! Ugh... Ridiculous. I may try it anyway as the delay in getting this done the way their website says they want it will be more ridiculous after my quarantine....hmmmm
