It's very good app. The cost for what it offers is alot better then having a Adobe subscription. You can fax and a whole bunch of things. It just made my life easy.

What do you like best?
I like being able to edit and/or fill-in .PDF documents. I also like that I can retrieve documents that I have previously worked on.
What do you dislike?
I'd like to be able to change the font in the text option, as it doesn't always look right if mismatched.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'm not sure how I first heard of PDF FILLER, but am I ever glad that I found it. My advice would be to try it out and see if it suits your needs. I like many of its features, especially the left pane that shows the document pages, and the ability to select only those that you want to include in a print or save maneuver.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
One use that I have for the program is for one of our telecommuter workers - so that she can enter details on employee time cards, and it looks better than handwriting in notes. Uploading the documents she needs is a breeze, and the program alerts me to activity, for example, when she emails the documents to us for distribution.

What do you like best?
I love that I can fax items as well as the W-2/1099 features that are integrated into the IRS system! It makes my roles as a small business owner much easier with these tools.
What do you dislike?
I wish more features, such as sending documents for signatures, were added. Even just 1-2 documents a month would be helpful for my small business. A fax number included would also be helpful. I have been able to get a fax number for virtual faxing for much cheaper elsewhere. It would be nice to have an all in one for less than $25 a month or so.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to keep costs low while still running with the bigger companies and their larger budgets. From creating my own documents to faxing things for clients- great investment for virtual tools in your business!

The IRS integration have helped me navigate some of the tax paperwork I need to do for my employees. The fax feature is super helpful for getting paperwork out for our clients.

Can an arbitration be overturned?
Under federal and state laws, there are only a few ways to challenge an arbitrator's award. The Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”) and some state laws provide the reasons why an award can be vacated (thrown out), modified (changed), or corrected. Those reasons are very limited in general.
Can you cancel arbitration agreement?
If you signed an arbitration agreement, you must be allowed to rescind (undo) the agreement within 30 days. Above all, don't feel pressured to sign!
Can you get out of an arbitration agreement?
Some contracts give you the right to opt out of the forced arbitration clause within a certain period of time, often 30 to 60 days, after signing the agreement by notifying the company that you wish to opt out. Check your contract for the deadline and for specific instructions for opting out.
What voids an arbitration agreement?
As a general rule, only strong evidence of duress or fraud are sufficient to invalidate an arbitration clause.
