They have great customer service I was refunded when I didn’t realize i paid for a years subscription upfront and I only had to pay the first month. Very happy companies like this still exist. The file editing is easy and can be done from iPhone.

the features are good, but the interfaces are a bit clunky.
For example creating document sub folders wasn't as intuitive as other applications. Additionally there are some documents I would like to move to Trash, but once it been sent out for E-sign it appears it can't be trashed, so I had to move them to a folder.

SUGGESTION: Add a once off option - I only use it occasionally.

There was a bit of a learning curve to getting the software's capabilities down, but once I understood how to use the forms feature and whatnot, I find I really enjoy using your software more than I even like Adobe. I think your program has better templates and features than the others I have tried. Bonus points for being lower priced than Adobe while you're at it.

How do I cancel my college application?
Contact the admissions office: Send an email or make a phone call to the admissions office, preferably the person who was assigned as your admissions counselor (if you have one), and explain your situation. Be polite and clear about your decision to withdraw your application.
How do I cancel my medical school application?
To withdraw your AMCAS application from consideration, log in to your AMCAS application and select Withdraw Application on the right side of the Main Menu. This option is available only when your application is in one of the following statuses: Submitted to the AMCAS Program — Ready for Review.
