1. You have the forms I need; 2. the platform is user friendly, in general; 3. completion of forms is easy to navigate, specifically; 4. the ability to save in multiple formats; 5. the ease and ability to send completed forms is great; 6. It's always cool when I can chat with someone who can figure out what I'm trying to do and have the patience, at least I think they have the patience when I'm going round and round with them on each step in getting my dilemma resolved. As before in chatting with someone at the chat desk, they have always been professional.
