I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

I’ve realized that integration of documents and the ability to remotely edit them is a skill I didn’t necessarily realize I needed. PDF Filler has allowed me to learn and new skill while at the same time complete my work more efficiently.

What is the difference between property deed and title?
For real estate purposes, title refers to ownership of the property, meaning that you have the rights to use that property. Deeds, on the other hand, are actually the legal documents that transfer title from one person to another. It must be a written document, according to the Statute of Frauds.
Is land registry and title deeds the same thing?
But what actually are title deeds? Answer: If title to a property is registered at HM Land Registry, then the title deeds comprise an official copy of the Title Register and Title Plan, and copies of any documents mentioned in the Title Register that have been filed at the Land Registry.

Land registration generally describes systems by which matters concerning ownership, possession, or other rights in land can be recorded (usually with a government agency or department) to provide evidence of title, facilitate transactions and, prevent unlawful disposal.
How long does the Land Registry take to update title deeds?
We expect to send the application to the Land Registry within approximately three weeks of seeing you and having discussed the application. Following this the Land Registry take approximately 10 -12 weeks depending upon how busy they are and whether they have a backlog of first registration applications.
Where are my title deeds?
Where are my title deeds? HM Land Registry records are digital, so we don't store paper title deeds. So, if you're trying to track down your original deeds, they could be with the solicitor who acted for you when you bought the property, or possibly with your mortgage company if you have a mortgage.
