I am very happy with this software..The Only problem I had was editing text that I had already entered. I read instructions and it seems that the only way to edit text is with the eraser, which is conveniently not included in the standard version. Correct me if I'm wrong.. Thank You

Overall easy to use, however, there are instances where the edits on the pdf become warped, other times its difficult to remove words or characters. There should be a save option versus a Save As, as that navigates you to another screen. Or have an auto save option. Overall good program but still has small defects.

This software definitely have so many functionalities, that makes it almost impossible no use it all. The many options to edit and do whatever you want with the PDF makes this software one of the bests.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. Limitations on how many files I can upload and the fact that it opens the files immediately, If I want to merge a newly uploaded files with previously saved files on my dashboard, it creates some unnecessary steps.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Not really any problems - just a few areas the program feels clunky.

I was able to find any form that I needed to fill out. PdFiller was instrumental in helping me fill out additional tax forms needed to file my taxes. All the forms were there already! There's even away to have your documents sent/mailed to the intended party! I wish there was a way I could have a subscription for a much lower amount that's based on my usage. Right now the price point is decent for a person that uses it frequently like multiple times a day.
