Very useful! What I most liked is the signature with verified by PDFfiller. There are couple of times I cannot edit properly but this should be how the pdf file was created. For example, to change page number, I wasn't able to do this properly so end up sending my forms as they were.

How do you notarize an official transcript?

School Transcripts These documents must be properly certified by an authorized school official, such as a principal, registrar, superintendent, etc., and then notarized before you can send them to the Secretary of State's Office for an apostle or authentication.

How do you notarize a transcript?

Notarization: The diploma should be notarized by the school registrar. If a notarized transcript is also required, you must request that your transcript be included. Travel or mail your notarized documents to the Secretary of State's office to request the Apostle.

How do you notarize and apostle?

An apostle is issued by your Secretary of State's office or Notary commissioning agency. The single apostle is the only certification needed. Once prepared and verified, the apostle is attached to and sent along with the notarized documents. Notaries cannot issue apostles themselves.

Can you notarize copies?

Many legal processes require a notarized copy of your passport, green card, and similar documents. In each case, make a photocopy of the document and take it to the notary along with the original document.
